Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia gave her a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Theater and Communication. Upon moving to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theater arts acting and choreographing for more than two dozen musical and stage productions like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and seven title roles with LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television and film. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite dimensions have let her portray a range of different character types. Her collaboration alongside Naomi Watts as Samara the villain in The Ring 2 is well known, however she's also better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in a regular series on TV Land's The Exes between Between 2011 and 2015. Kelly played both a paralegal and night-club drinker. As well, she was an Regular on ABC Romantically Challenged where she as the flirty, sassy cousin that is Alyssa Miano. The show also featured her as the suburban mother who is anxious in CW No Tomorrow. She's lent her soprano singing voice to several shows, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been known as the dim, but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet private life, with her husband and two young kids. She enjoys sewing and helping out at school events.
