Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She is also a coach as well as instructor in Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter, is also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity journalist. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. A winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie, along with both her parents and siblings was raised at Reykjavik Iceland. In her early years, she was always a lover of exercise and sports. She was a participant in numerous school events and earned several medals. In 2009, she participated in the CrossFit Games in California where she was able to perform good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir will be aged 31 (by in 2021). She is 5'7 tall and she weighs 70 kilograms. Annie began CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Her performance was impressive during her first competitions. She placed within the top 10 of a field of 70. She was not able to win any awards but ended up in 11th place in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. In her second year that she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her impressive performance she was the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she was able to win consecutively. Also, in 2014, she was awarded a Silver Medal, and, most recently in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. Annie has gained notoriety for her athletic talents, has been featured in commercials for sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs and other. Her own Youtube channel called "Annie" and has more than a thousand subscribers. It is the channel the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting and travel.
